High Risk Campus Times
Often when we think of high-risk times for impaired
driving, events like New Year's Eve or Christmas come to mind. However,
it is important to remember that college campuses often experience
different high risk times in addition to the general high risk times,
given the school schedule that campuses follow. Some ideas of risky
times that may be a problem to watch out for on your campus are
as follows.

Fall
- First week back to school from Summer break
- Greek recruitment/rush
- Labor Day weekend
- Homecoming
- Big game days of the season
- Football season kickoff, big games
- Fall sports such as: cross country, field
hockey, football, soccer, women's volleyball, men's water
polo
- Winter sports such as: basketball, fencing,
gymnastics, ice hockey, skiing, swimming, diving, track &
field (indoor), rifle, wrestling
- Playoffs and championship games
- Halloween
